The successful candidate will be well supported by the KB team.Responsibilities:Office Administration & ReceptionManage the reception area, including welcoming visitors and coordinating deliveries.Oversee general office administration, including catering, stationery supplies, kitchen management, uniform ordering, and maintaining overall office presentation.Coordinate courier requirements across the business.Process invoices for general office-related expenses.Travel & Events CoordinationAct as the central point of contact for travel and accommodation arrangements across the business.Organise company events and coordinate related travel and accommodation where required.Support the coordination of team activities and internal events.Supply Chain AdministrationProvide administrative support to the Supply Chain function, including:Checking, verifying, and compiling import shipment clearance documentation.Sorting and preparing import shipping documents for lodgement with shipping lines.Processing supply chain–related invoices via SAP Concur or through manual submission to the Accounts team.Processing and analysing monthly stock movement reports and liaising with our 3PL partner to manage any related claims.Processing transport and warehouse invoices.Extracting, compiling, and distributing regular Supply Chain reports.About you: You are a confident, proactive individual with a positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
