You’ll manage container and shipment statuses, coordinate clearances, and help avoid detention costs, all while keeping our supply chain running smoothly.You’ll also support inventory accuracy by working with our 3PLs, reconciling stock, and maintaining clean data in SAP. Your efforts will directly support seamless operations and enable better decision-making across the business.If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to collaborating closely to achieve meaningful results, we’d love to have you on the team.Key Responsibilities:Imports CoordinationVerify and code transport, lab, and clearance invoices for accurate payment processing.Issue and follow up on claims with international and logistics suppliers until settled.Organise Biosecurity/IFIS inspections and manage re-export of non-compliant stock per FSANZ, DAFF, and QA standards.Coordinate clearance, delivery, and lab testing of import airfreight samples; review results.Compile, lodge, and archive original documents and OBLs with shipping lines, updating SAP accordingly.Ensure swift clearance and delivery of all airfreight samples.Request supplier payments through Finance, based on trading terms.Process SAP goods receipts for non-EDI stock and monitor inventory transaction accuracy, including quantities, product codes, and batch details.Inventory CoordinationResolve inventory mismatches between SAP and 3PL systems through reconciliation and follow-up.Escalate recurring issues and support root cause analysis with 3PL, QA, and warehouse teams.Collaborate with internal teams to improve inbound accuracy and streamline receipting processes.Ensure inventory integrity in SAP through accurate stock adjustments that reflect physical counts.Oversee and reconcile Damaged and Sample inventory movements, ensuring accurate records are maintained and consolidated to optimise pallet space utilisation.   • Certificate or Diploma in International Business
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office suite
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Have relevant working rights for a Full-Time permanent position

Desirable

  •  Experience working within Logistics industry (shipping line/freight forwarder)
  • Experience working with international suppliers
